B&B Zia Gianna
Our newly renovated Victorian style historic house was built in 1899 for Michael C. O'Driscoll as the plaque on our front porch issued by the Historic Savannah Foundation states. We performed some renovation works and introduced Sicilian style decorative features to create a welcoming environment for our guests.
B&B Zia Gianna is a welcoming place for everyone, it is your "home" when you are not at home.
Our Philosophy
BnB Zia Gianna is a classic BnB that combines the luxury of a hotel stay, the hominess of a Bed and Breakfast, and offers the chance to meet other people in a friendly atmosphere.
Our Victorian house (1899) is shared with the other guests and us: Nino and Hans (the hosts) and Bruno (our Maltese dog).
The living room, the dining room with our community table, the front and the back porches, and the backyard with our hot tub, are all shared spaces for our guests' enjoyment.
We offer a delicious breakfast lovingly prepared by Chef Nino every morning! We also offer daily housekeeping service, luxury linens, and fresh towels throughout your stay. Your evening will end with a restful night’s sleep on our comfy beds, or a soak in our hot tub.
Location
We are located in the "Victorian District" of Savannah, just a few blocks from the South side of Forsyth Park at 511 East Anderson Street.
