Our First Dinner... And the Italian Way!
If you've ever been to Italy, or if even if you've been to an Italian person's home, you know that the most important thing on everyone's mind is: FOOD.
Have you eaten? What have you eaten? Do you want more? What about just a little antipasto? These are all questions that run through the typical Italian person's mind. Why? Because food is a way to nurture and care for others -- to show them that you love them and want them to feel welcome.
But why are there SO many courses involved in every Italian meal? And we do we have to have all five of them in our first ticketed dinner, on Sunday, July 22? The graphic below helps explain the how's and why's of each of the five traditional courses that are served: Antipasto, Primo, Secondo, Contorno, and Dolce.
If you're hungry and/or still curious about Italian customs after all of that food talk, we encourage you to head on over to our Events page, book a ticket, and come enjoy the "Italian Way" yourself!
